Job description
As a Cook, you will be able to create dishes according to the chef’s instructions and set up stations for the menu. You’ll be a big part of making customers happy and helping us reach our goals. Duties and Responsibilities
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables; butchering meat; or preparing sauces)
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with co-workers and customers
- Clean up station and take care of leftover food
- Stock inventory appropriately
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Report and follow the executive chef or sous chefs’ instructions.
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely manner
- Assist in the setup and organisation of the kitchen workstations.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment, adhering to food safety standards.

- Matric
- Experience: Cook, Chef, Assistant Chef, Back of House
- Within 25km from job
- Clear criminal record
