Key Duties
Successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Receiving and assessing all UI claims on relevant systems in line with SOPs
- Registering employers and verifying employee declarations
- Executing payments of approved claims within set timeframes
- Attending to enquiries relating to processed claims
- Performing administrative duties within the section
