Apprenticeship Overview

Minimum Requirements
- Qualification: N6
- Knowledge and Skills:
- Basic understanding of engineering principles (Mechanical and Electrical)
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Basic knowledge of computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Required Subjects:
- Mathematics
- Engineering Science
- Industrial Electronics
- Electrical Technology / Electrotechnology / Electrotechnics
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintenance of electrical and mechanical machinery (MV & LV)
- Drafting design drawings using AutoCAD
- Performing data modelling and analysis under artisan supervision
- Conducting site investigations to assess existing systems
- Attending internal project meetings to review progress and assignments
- Assisting with breakdowns, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
- Identifying risks in electrical equipment, including lifespan evaluation
- Proposing future equipment upgrades
- Ensuring compliance with HACCP and safety standards
