Job Purpose Job Purpose:
To ensure that all clerical administrative functions required of the division are undertaken.
Key Responsibility Areas Administer staff attendance and pay documentation for the division.
• Perform customer service for both internal and external customers.
• Perform data capturing.
• Perform administrative and asset control.
• Supervise staff.
• Assist in contractor administration.
• Collecting petty cash reimbursements.
• Liaising with transport section about vehicular issues.

• Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent and an Administrative certificate.
• 4 Years relevant experience.
