| Job Purpose | Responsible for the investigation of complaints regarding maladministration, unethical behaviour and violations of human rights within the Municipality.

| Key Responsibility Areas | • Investigates complaints regarding alleged maladministration, abuse of power, breaches of the constitutional provisions relating to human rights. • Identifies instances of unethical conduct, human rights violations prevalent in the workplace. • Implements an awareness programme dealing with workplace ethics and human rights. • Conducts research on the developments in the field of workplace ethics. |
