Guardrisk is inviting  graduates to apply for Research Internship Programme 2024 / 2025.

Role Overview

As a Research Intern, you’ll support the Customer Experience Operations team in executing the Voice of Customer (VOC) Program. This involves ensuring data quality, operational efficiency, and seamless project execution.

Role Details

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 6–12 months of market research and/or operations experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Project management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and report-writing skills.
  • A desire to learn and a teachable spirit.
  • Based in Johannesburg is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

Research

  • Assist in designing and implementing market research projects (surveys, focus groups, interviews).
  • Manage data collection, cleaning, and analysis.
  • Prepare comprehensive research reports and presentations.

Operations

  • Maintain project databases, records, and documentation.
  • Develop and ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

Project Management

  • Oversee multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
  • Track project progress, identify risks, and address challenges proactively.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams such as sales and marketing.

Additional Tasks

  • Conduct literature reviews and market trend analysis.
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors and partners.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
