We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Internal Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and presenting our products and services effectively. You will work closely with the sales team to develop strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Reach out to prospective and existing clients via phone, email, and other communication channels to build and maintain relationships.
  • Sales Support: Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and presentations, ensuring all materials are tailored to client needs.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales leads through research and outreach efforts.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our products and services, as well as industry trends, to provide accurate information and recommendations to clients.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share feedback on market trends.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for sales.
