Why this role exists
Due to increasing project demands and the need for scalable video production capabilities, we’re seeking a skilled Video Production Assistant to support the creative team. This role is crucial for expanding the company’s production capacity while maintaining their high standards of quality and creativity in video editing and post-production work.

The Impact you’ll make

Video Editing & Post-Production

• • Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro

 

• • Create motion graphics with Adobe After Effects

 

• • Design and edit visual elements using Photoshop

 

• • Support overall post-production workflow

Project Management

• • Handle assigned video projects independently

 

• • Meet project deadlines and quality requirements

 

• • Organize and maintain project files

Creative Support

• • Assist with video editing and enhancement

Technical Operations

• • Manage video files and assets

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required:

• • 2+ years of professional video editing experience

 

• • 2+ years working with Adobe Premiere Pro

 

• • 1+ years experience with Adobe After Effects

 

• • 1+ years experience with Adobe Photoshop

 

• • Portfolio showcasing recent video editing work (required)

 

• • Experience delivering projects independently

 

• • Background in professional video production

 

• • Strong technical understanding of video formats and specifications

 

• • WFH Set-Up:
    • • Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
    • • Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
    • • Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
    • • Back-up computer and internet connection
    • • Quiet, dedicated workspace at home

What to expect…

Work Setup:

• • Remote position

 

• • Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

 

• • Required to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system

 

• • Computer capable of running Adobe Creative Suite

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, flexible within EST business hours (40 hours per week)

Compensation:

• • $7 per hour
