Job Title: Service Centre Administration

Job Description

The Service Centre Administration will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the service centre. This role will involve managing customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
  • Schedule appointments for service centre staff and maintain an organized calendar.
  • Process payments for services rendered and keep accurate financial records.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the service centre.
  • Ensure all necessary supplies and equipment are stocked and in good working condition.
  • Monitor and order inventory as needed.
  • Collaborate with service centre staff to ensure smooth operations and high-quality customer service.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in customer service or administration preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office management software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
