Job Description
The Service Centre Administration will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the service centre. This role will involve managing customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
- Schedule appointments for service centre staff and maintain an organized calendar.
- Process payments for services rendered and keep accurate financial records.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the service centre.
- Ensure all necessary supplies and equipment are stocked and in good working condition.
- Monitor and order inventory as needed.
- Collaborate with service centre staff to ensure smooth operations and high-quality customer service.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or administration preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office management software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
