Our Food & Beverage Service Team are the final piece of the puzzle, they are sophisticated hosts with an instinctive ability to anticipate guests’ needs by being in the right place at the right time and delivering a hospitality experience that goes above and beyond – creating memorable moments for our guests.

Tasks, Duties And Responsibilities

RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING A SECURE AND COMFORTABLE ENVIRONMENT

To ensure guest satisfaction by providing polite, efficient food & beverage service in accordance with the required standards of the company.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Matric
  • 1 year Restaurant/Food and Beverage experience
  • Good Interpersonal skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Full knowledge and experience within F&B environment
  • Bar knowledge will be an advantage
  • Ability to consistently deliver and exceed service standards
  • Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and cultures

Operational Requirements

  • Full knowledge and hands-on POS experience
  • At least 1 years’ experience in a fine dining establishment
  • Well-groomed and excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Maintaining a clean and neat working environment
  • Regularly performing stock checks in the coffee bar and placing new orders
  • Above average guest relations skills
  • Flexible and able to work shifts
  • Must have Barista experience
  • Yes I Can! Attitude
