What will you do?

Render administrative support to Business in the Sanlam Direct environment.

  • Processing Documents
  • General Administrative and Office tasks
  • Assisting with Support functions
  • Additional Learning
  • Financial Calculations
  • Data interpretation
  • SAP Administration for training & SDL
  • Short term support
  • Transunion Checks done and delivered while consultants are on the phone;
  • Welcome Calls/Retention Calls
  • NTU assistance and tracking
  • Quality/Underwriting Trend collation and feedback;
  • External Lead Updates and feedback collation

What will make you successful in this role?

Qualifications

  • Grade 12
  • Experience within SDC Contact centre will be to your advantage

Knowledge & Experience

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer Literacy
