What will you do?
Render administrative support to Business in the Sanlam Direct environment.
- Processing Documents
- General Administrative and Office tasks
- Assisting with Support functions
- Additional Learning
- Financial Calculations
- Data interpretation
- SAP Administration for training & SDL
- Short term support
- Transunion Checks done and delivered while consultants are on the phone;
- Welcome Calls/Retention Calls
- NTU assistance and tracking
- Quality/Underwriting Trend collation and feedback;
- External Lead Updates and feedback collation
What will make you successful in this role?
Qualifications
- Grade 12
- Experience within SDC Contact centre will be to your advantage
