Your Role at Twizza
As an HR Intern, you’ll be involved in several key areas of HR, including:
- Optimize HR Processes: Assist in improving HR operations such as recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently.
- Analyze & Innovate: Utilize data analysis techniques to help shape HR strategies and decisions. Propose innovative solutions to enhance employee engagement and overall HR practices.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with HR professionals and other departments to support organizational initiatives, contribute to a positive workplace culture, and align HR practices with the company’s objectives.
- Drive Impact: Play a key role in creating a positive work environment, boosting employee satisfaction, and helping Twizza meet its business goals through effective HR management.
Minimum Requirements
- Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management
- No previous participation in an Internship programme
- Strong desire to learn and grow in the HR field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and eager to contribute to a dynamic team
