Eskom is offering an exciting opportunity for highly motivated and dedicated individuals to join its team as Electrical Apprentices (Distribution) in Plettenberg Bay and Cape Town. This structured 3-year apprenticeship program provides both institutionalized and on-job training, culminating in a Trade Test certificate.
Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this apprenticeship, applicants must meet one of the following academic requirements:
- Grade 12 with a minimum of:
- 50% in Mathematics
- 50% in Physical Science
- 40% in English
OR
- N3 Engineering with a minimum of:
- 50% in Mathematics
- 50% in Physical Science
- 40% in English
OR
- NCV Level 4 with a minimum of:
- 50% in Physical Science
- 50% in Mathematics
- 40% in English
Skills and Competencies

Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will:
- Participate in a 3-year structured training program, which includes both institutionalized and on-the-job training
- Obtain a Trade Test certificate upon successful completion of the program
