Key Qualifications:
- Minimum: Grade 12 with Mathematics (not Mathematics Literacy) and English.
- Advantageous: Relevant experience in a similar environment.
Additional Requirements:
- Medically fit to work in the specific business area.
- Clear security screening record.
- Valid driver’s license (if applicable).
Responsibilities:
- Complete all modules of the development program within the specified timeframe.
- Adhere to all safety, legal, and company policies.
- Participate in risk assessments and SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) meetings.
- Regularly report on developmental progress.
