Barloworld Equipment also holds full ownership of the main dealership on the Iberian peninsular and has recently completed the buy-out of their joint partner in the eastern Russia, Siberia dealership.

Qualification, Experience and Competencies
- Qualified earthmoving mechanic, Diesel Mechanic or Mechanical Engineering qualification
- Must have at least 5 years supervisory experience
- Must have extensive knowledge of service financial figures
- Warranty understanding and application thereof critical
- Understanding of product problem management and impact thereof
- People management skills, Ability to manage extremely stressed environment
- Meeting deadlines and target dates essential
