OUTsurance invites graduates to apply for Internships Programme in 2025. The Internship is a structured work-based program, affording unemployed graduates work experience in our company. The successful applicants will enter into a 12-month fixed term Internship agreement (not an employment contract) with the company and receive a stipend.

Must have completed a Degree/Diploma in:

- Industrial Psychology
- Labour Relations
- BCom Law/LLB
- or related qualifications.
Receptionist Internship
Degree or Diploma in:
- Business Administration
- Human Resource Development
- Human Resources
- or related qualifications
Human Capital Internship
Degree or Diploma in:
- Human Resource Development

- Industrial Psychology

- BCom Law
- LLB
Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Specialist Internship
- Occupational Health and Safety Diploma/Qualifications
Selection Criteria:
- Must have the relavent qualification as mentioned above
- Be a South African citizen
- Not previously part of an internship/learnership with INSETA
- Be between the ages of 18 & 35
- Unemployed in the last 2 months
