The RBM Graduate Programme offers talented graduates the opportunity to kick-start their careers in a world-class mining and minerals company. Fields of Study

Graduates who have completed or will complete their studies between 2024 and March 2026 are invited to apply in the following fields:

• Accounting
• Chemical Engineering
• Electronics Engineering
• Extractive Metallurgy Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the RBM Graduate Programme 2026, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Qualifications: Completed or in-progress Bachelor’s degree and/or Honours in the relevant discipline (graduating 2024, 2025, or by March 2026).
• Citizenship: Must be a South African citizen.
• Work Experience: No prior work experience required.
• Graduate Programme Status: Must not be currently enrolled in or have previously participated in a graduate programme.

Required Documents

• Full academic record (from first year of study)
• Certified copy of South African Identity Document
• Certified copy of a valid South African Driver’s Licence
• Certified copies of all relevant qualifications
