Requirements
- National Senior Certificate, National Diploma NQF Level 6 in Building, with 1- 2 years’ experience, or N3 and passed Trade Test in Buildings. Computer literacy and a valid driver’s license are compulsory
Duties
- Render a basic inspection service of work done on minor and existing structures on a project basis.
- Maintain electronic record system of work done and work that was finalized.
- Analyze and compile relevant documents for work to be done on minor or existing structures. Oversee work of contractors.
