Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3-year qualification in marketing, advertising, communications, or equivalent.
- Minimum 6 years in marketing and/or communications.
- Ability to run projects and campaigns with minimal supervision.
- Large corporate experience preferred.
- Experience with Google Ads, Salesforce, Canva, and AI content generation tools (beneficial).
- Strong financial acumen and budget management capabilities.
- Lead generation and campaign optimisation expertise.
Duties & Responsibilities
Business Unit Marketing Leadership
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for assigned business units in partnership with the Executive Manager of Marketing.
- Drive external campaigns, client communications, and content that positions Servest as a thought leader in facilities management.
- Manage and optimise lead generation campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Partner with business unit leaders to understand service offerings, client needs, and competitive positioning.
Internal Marketing & Employee Engagement
- Own the internal marketing strategy, embedding corporate brand values across the company.
- Create impactful campaigns, events, and materials that inspire and engage employees.
- Collaborate with CPO, HR, Learning & Development, and senior leadership on internal initiatives.
- Connect staff to company strategy, purpose, and values through compelling content.
Brand Guardian
- Ensure consistency of messaging, tone, and visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Monitor marketing performance against KPIs and deliver actionable insights.
- Manage relationships with agencies, designers, and external partners.
- Maintain brand standards across assigned business units.
Financial Accountability
- Manage allocated marketing budgets for business units and internal initiatives.
- Optimise marketing spend and maximise return on investment.
- Provide regular financial performance updates with full transparency.
