Your role will include:

  • Maintaining strong relationships with customers including multi-nationals Customers.
  • Managing internal sales operations to ensure smooth processes and exceptional service.
  • Identifying growth opportunities and working closely with external sales teams.
  • Supporting business strategy with clear communication and proactive problem-solving.
  • Manage invoicing, returns, and stock transfers
  • Maintain FIFO stock system and pricing accuracy
  • Manage dispatch teams and pallet control process
  • Implement and monitor the “20 Keys” continuous improvement system
  • Approve and monitor purchase and sales orders
  • Monitor and guide clients on credit limits
  • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing
  • Stay updated on technologies, products, and industry practices

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a sales/internal sales management role
  • Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution sectors advantageous
  • Strong working knowledge of ERP systems as well as Microsoft Excel
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional processes and reporting
