Your role will include:
- Maintaining strong relationships with customers including multi-nationals Customers.
- Managing internal sales operations to ensure smooth processes and exceptional service.
- Identifying growth opportunities and working closely with external sales teams.
- Supporting business strategy with clear communication and proactive problem-solving.
- Manage invoicing, returns, and stock transfers
- Maintain FIFO stock system and pricing accuracy
- Manage dispatch teams and pallet control process
- Implement and monitor the “20 Keys” continuous improvement system
- Approve and monitor purchase and sales orders
- Monitor and guide clients on credit limits
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing
- Stay updated on technologies, products, and industry practices
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a sales/internal sales management role
- Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution sectors advantageous
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems as well as Microsoft Excel
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional processes and reporting
