The YES Programme is a national initiative aimed at empowering young people by giving them opportunities to learn, develop skills, and gain practical workplace experience. At Bosch, successful applicants will be placed in various departments and mentored throughout the programme to prepare them for future career opportunities.

Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Must be a South African Citizen, aged 18 – 35 years.
• Must not have participated in the YES Programme before.
• Must have been unemployed for at least 6 months or more.
• Must hold a Degree/Diploma in one of the following fields:
  • Commerce
  • Logistics
  • Supply Chain
  • Finance
  • Sales & Marketing
• Must be fluent in English (speak, read, and write).

Programme Duration

• 12 months (1 year).
• Includes mentorship and placement in different business departments.
