Repair or replacement of damaged windscreens, with a “repair before replace” philosophy to save customers time and money where possible. This includes chip repairs using specialized resins.

These opportunities are ideal for young, dynamic individuals eager to gain valuable work experience and grow within the automotive and glass manufacturing industry.

Available Learning Opportunities

PG Glass is seeking candidates for the following trainee roles:

1. Contact Centre Trainee

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
  • Provide professional, efficient, and friendly service.
  • Resolve queries and ensure a positive customer experience.

2. Autoglass Trainee

  • Install, repair, and replace automotive glass on various vehicles.
  • Deliver high-quality service with precision and attention to detail.

3. Customer Service Consultant

  • Manage the front desk at PG Glass Fitment Centres.
  • Provide operational and customer service support.
  • Ensure compliance with business processes and assist in the absence of the Fitment Centre Manager.

4. Human Resources & Finance Trainee

  • Support the HR and Finance departments with administrative and operational duties.

Minimum Qualification Requirements

Educational Qualification:

  • Matric (Grade 12) is required.

Higher Education (HET) Qualifications:

  • Degree/Diploma in Business Management
  • Degree/Diploma in Operations Management
  • Degree/Diploma in Retail Management
  • Degree/Diploma in Marketing Management

Nated (N6) Qualifications:

  • Management Assistant N6
  • Business Management N6
  • Office Management N6
  • Supply Chain Management N6
  • Engineering Studies (Fitting & Turning) N6
  • Human Resources Management N6
  • Financial Management N6
  • Call Centre-related qualification

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify, applicants must:

  • Have no criminal record.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license (advantageous but not mandatory).
