Siyanqoba Seminars is a South African occupational training and development company that provides accredited qualifications, learnerships, and skills training. In addition to public courses, it offers customized training for businesses, delivered on-site. The organization is based in Pretoria and has been in operation for over 20 years. Siyanqoba offers a wide range of training programs, available online, in-class, and on-site for companies.
This 12-month work-readiness programme gives unemployed and underemployed youth practical exposure in priority industries while building core workplace skills. The initiative is inclusive and welcomes both abled and disabled graduates, offering real projects, mentoring, and career support.
Who Can Apply?
- Ages 18–26
- Unemployed or underemployed and able to commit for 12 months
- Graduates with disabilities are strongly encouraged to apply
Required Qualifications
A post-matric qualification in any of the following:
- Property Industry / Real Estate
- Facilities Management
- Retail Business Management
- Sales & Marketing
- Entrepreneurship
Documents Required

- Detailed CV with updated contact details
- Certified copy of ID (not older than 6 months)
- Certified copies of Matric and post-matric qualification(s)
- Proof of residence (preferably < 3 months old)
- Brief motivational letter
