What you’ll do
- Build trusted relationships with clients, understanding their unique goals and challenges.
- Provide holistic financial planning across investments, retirement, risk, estate, tax, life, short-term, and agricultural risk solutions.
- Develop tailored strategies and keep clients on track toward their financial aspirations.
- Stay ahead of industry shifts, regulatory changes, and financial products to deliver sound advice.
- Grow and manage your client base by networking internally and externally.
- Leverage agricultural networks and existing relationships to build a strong client portfolio (a transferable book of business would be beneficial).
What you’ll bring
- A relevant qualification (National Certificate, Advanced Diploma, BTech, or BCom in Accounting, Business, Finance, Marketing, or Risk Management).
- RE5 certification (mandatory).
- 2–3 years’ proven experience as a Financial Planner.
- CFP® (Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning) would be an advantage.
- Experience as a Wealth Advisor, Insurance Broker, or Financial Consultant will be advantageous.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills.
- A proactive, detail-driven, and client-focused mindset.
- Experience working with agricultural clients or rural communities will be a strong advantage.
