Purpose of the Job

The Administrative Assistant: Verification and Validation role focuses on ensuring that all claims submitted to the RAF are valid and legitimate. Successful candidates will support the Claims Division by managing documentation, verifying information, and maintaining administrative efficiency.

  • Verification and validation of claims information.

  • Assisting with interrogation and follow-up of claim details.

Minimum Qualifications

  • NQF Level 4 / Grade 12 / Matric certificate.

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience working in an office environment.
