AfriSam (South Africa) is inviting applications from unemployed individuals for the 2024 Learnership Programme. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to qualify in an artisan trade under the mentorship of experienced Maintenance Team Leaders. The programme will involve structured training and practical experience to equip learners with the essential skills needed in their chosen trade.

Programme Overview:

  • Off-the-job training at a designated Technical Training Centre.
  • On-the-job training involving hands-on exposure to mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation equipment, as well as maintenance practices.

Selected candidates will be required to sign the 18.2 Learnership Agreement to formalize their participation. This agreement will also be registered with the Mining Qualifications Authority (MQA).

  • A certified copy of their Identity Document
  • A valid driver’s license (advantageous)
