The Allan Gray Accelerate Internship is a fast-paced, vacation program designed for outstanding students who are passionate about investments. This four-day internship, running from 1-4 July 2025, will allow participants to showcase their skills, solve real-world challenges, and gain firsthand exposure to the financial services industry.

Who Should Apply?

This internship is for final-year students who:

• Are ready to begin full-time employment in 2026.
• Are pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Commerce or Business Science, specializing in (but not limited to):
  • Finance
  • Economics
  • Investments
  • Statistics
  • Business Management
• Have a strong academic record.
• Are eligible to work in South Africa.
