Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 with Mathematics & Science OR N3 Maths & Science (N4 advantageous)
• No prior experience required
• Strong technical aptitude, teamwork, and communication skills
• Eagerness to learn

Duties & Responsibilities

• Complete all FP&M Seta theoretical modules for the trade.
• Record workplace experiences in logbooks or assessment tools provided by PG Bison and/or a training provider.
• Attend all theoretical learning sessions and study periods.
• Undergo intensive on-the-job training in plant processes.
• Gain exposure to problem-solving, troubleshooting, maintenance, and installations.
• Provide support to production processes with adequate reliability and availability.
• Sign an 18-month apprenticeship programme contract with PG Bison and FP&M Seta.
