Key Responsibilities
Identify, secure, and grow relationships with corporate clients.
Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed targets.
Manage the complete booking cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
Build and expand on your esusting robust network of corporate relationships.
Provide accurate, timely sales reporting and meet target submission deadlines.
Exhibit professional client service, effective communication, and negotiation skills.
Requirements
Minimum of 3- 5 years’ experience in corporate sales, preferably in the team building, events, or professional development industries.
A proven track record of achieving measurable sales targets (submit a 12-month spreadsheet of targets and achievements with your applications).
Established relationships within the corporate sector and strong industry connections.
Driver’s license and ability to travel nationwide and regionally.
A stable work history—job hoppers need not apply.
Dependability, reliability, and a results-driven mindset.
