Objective: This learnership program is designed to provide unemployed individuals, particularly those living with disabilities, with structured training and practical experience in areas such as Supply Chain Management, Production Management, Business Administration, Freight Handling, and Stores & Warehousing. The goal is to enhance employability skills and prepare learners for career development, while contributing to the operational objectives of Brenntag SA.

Responsibilities:

  • Attend theoretical classes for the duration of the program, aiming to achieve competency in the relevant NQF Level (4 or 5).
  • Work with cross-functional teams to complete tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
  • Perform duties as needed to meet business objectives.
  • Undertake overtime duties as required.
  • Adhere to company Standard Operating Procedures and Policies at all times.

Candidate Profile:

  • Age: 18–25 years.
  • Qualification: Matric certificate.
  • Skills and Traits:
    • Basic computer skills.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
    • Time management skills.
    • A willingness to learn and adapt.
    • A strong work ethic, resilience, and a focus on safety and quality standards.

  • This is an entry-level program, ideal for unemployed individuals with no prior professional experience.

  • Matric certificate (Grade 12).
