This learnership is designed to help learners kickstart their careers in a global, diverse, and sustainability-driven company. Successful applicants will join BP’s Customers & Products business unit and work closely with procurement, manufacturing, and third-party partners. The programme focuses on building practical supply chain, quality assurance, and compliance skills, while contributing to BP’s sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities

As a Global Supply Chain Learner (GSC Learner), your duties will include:

Quality Performance

  • Tracking supplier quality performance and recording non-conformities.
  • Monitoring customer complaints in BP’s global eQMS database.
  • Generating periodic performance reports for management.
  • Coordinating the Inter-Laboratory Correlation Programme (ILCP).

Product Change Coordination

  • Managing the F2103 process for New Product Introductions (NPIs).
  • Supporting product changes with third-party manufacturers and internal teams.

Customer Complaints & Samples

  • Receiving and distributing samples for testing.
  • Tracking complaint Root Cause Analysis (RCA) progress.

Compliance & Audits

  • Monitoring audit findings and ensuring follow-up with third-party manufacturers.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Analytical problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility and agility in adapting to change.
  • Awareness of sustainability issues in business operations.
