City of Johannesburg (CoJ): Administration Internships 2025.
This internship aims to equip young graduates with practical experience and administrative exposure required to support the work of CRUM’s Integrated Service Delivery and Stakeholder Interface Unit. The programme is part of CoJ’s commitment to youth development and providing opportunities for hands-on municipal service experience.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12/Matric
- National Diploma or Degree in:
- Public Administration
- Business Administration
- Public Relations
- Journalism
- International Relations
- Marketing and Communications
- or a related field (minimum 360 credits)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
- Must be a resident of the City of Johannesburg
- Must not have participated in an internship before (unless the previous internship was unrelated to your qualification)
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support administrative functions of the Stakeholder Interface Unit
- Assist in promoting efficiency in service delivery operations and stakeholder engagement
- Participate in information collation for reports
- Provide internal communication and clerical support
