Receptionist Vacancies 2025

Post Level: 13

Purpose:

To provide a professional and efficient reception service for CCMA visitors and ensure smooth communication within the office through effective switchboard management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reception and Switchboard Management
  • General Office Administration

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • 2–3 years’ experience in a similar receptionist/switchboard operator role in a professional environment

Part-Time Interpreter Vacancies 2025

Location: Johannesburg Office – Gauteng Province
Ref: JHBPTI06-25
Rate: R970.84 per day

Purpose:

To assist CCMA Commissioners by providing interpreting services during hearings and offering administrative support when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verbal interpretation during hearings
  • Admin and document support

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric Certificate
  • National Diploma in a Labour-related field
  • 1 year experience
  • Knowledge of relevant labour legislation and amendments

Languages Required: isiZulu, isiXhosa, Afrikaans, Sign Language
