Website Commission for Gender Equality (CGE)
The Commission for Gender Equality is one of the institutions established in terms of Chapter 9 of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa (1996). In terms of section 187 of the Constitution, the mandate of the CGE is to contribute the strengthening and deepening constitutional democracy in South Africa through the promotion, protection, development, and attainment of gender equality. The powers and functions of the CGE are further outlined in the CGE Act 39 of 1996.
Commission for Gender Equality (CGE) is inviting unemployed graduates to apply for Internship Programme 2024 / 2025.
Requirements
To be considered, applicants must meet the following:
- Hold a National Diploma in Community Development or a related field of equivalent qualification.
- Possess a valid Driver’s License.
- Demonstrate teamwork, strong communication, and presentation skills.
- Be a South African citizen.
