Democratic Alliance (DA) is a liberal South African political party that is currently the second-largest party in the country. Following the 2024 general election, the DA entered a historic coalition government with the African National Congress (ANC) and several other parties, forming a government of national unity. The DA has an outright majority in the Western Cape provincial government, which it has governed since 2009. It also governs the City of Cape Town and several other municipalities through coalitions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Ensuring effective and efficient functioning of the following in the province:
- Membership capturing
- Voter interaction capturing
- By-election tele-canvassing and capturing
- Provincial administration
Requirements
Minimum requirements:
- National Senior Certificate or equivalent
- Relevant experience in an administrative role with a specific focus on data capturing
- Call centre experience
- Ability to read, write and speak English & Afrikaans. Any additional languages are advantageous
- Computer literacy, particularly MS Office Suite
