Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Senior Certificate
- 0–6 months experience
- Knowledge of UIF legislation, Public Service regulations, and Batho Pele principles
- Skills: Good communication (verbal and written), computer literacy, decision-making, customer relations
Duties:
- Receive, assess and process UIF claims
- Register employers and verify employee declarations
- Execute approved payments and handle enquiries
- Perform related administrative functions
