Job Related Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years Operations Administrative experience, preferably in Warehousing, retail or logistics industry
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work extended hours and weekends when required
Electives:
- CargoWrite or WMS competency
- Knowledge of Time and Attendance systems
- Familiar with Warehouse processes and procedures
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Deadline Driven
- Ability to work well under pressure
Main Purpose of the Role:
Responsible for the day-to-day Operations Administration function of the Warehouse Team
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assists with Overseeing and Management of Operations processes
- Collaborate with team members to facilitate effective and efficient workflows
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Review Medical notes and follow up on Return-to-Work Interviews
- Assist with start up meetings and track late coming and absenteeism
- Assist and follow up on customer queries and complaints in a professional manner
- Administrative Support to Management Team
