What You’ll Do:

Lead brand ambassador teams across Johannesburg and Cape Town, building systems that make financing simple and dignified for first-time customers. Analyze performance data to systematize what works. Partner with major retailers on in-store experiences. Coach teams through complex customer conversations. Transform insights into regional strategy. Build career pathways for promoter talent.

What You Must Bring:

  • Extensive progressive experience leading retail or field sales teams with demonstrable records of exceeding targets while developing people
  • Proven ability to transform data into actionable strategy that moves business outcomes—you spot patterns others miss
  • Established expertise in South African retail partnerships with deep understanding of customer dynamics and what makes in-store experiences convert
