The uMzinyathi District Municipality (DC24) is one of the 11 districts in the KwaZulu-Natal province of South Africa. Its administrative seat is the town of Dundee.
Requirements
- Grade 12 and a Degree/National Diploma in Financial Management or equivalent qualification.
- Must be computer literate.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in IsiZulu and English.
Key Responsibilities / Duties
- Assisting in the implementation of the Municipal Financial Management Act.
- Supporting the compilation of financial statements, budget, and management reports.
- Assisting with reconciliation and financial analysis.
- Responsible for the electronic capturing of financial data and other line functions.
