Job Description

To provide efficient and effective administration support

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including clients, product providers and team, mid-office, Ashburton etc.
  • Comply with relevant statutory, legislative, policy and governance requirements and adhere to processes and procedures related to area of specialization
  • Produce high quality work by adhering to predefined standards and procedures and in accordance with compliance and governance standards
  • Effectively plan and schedule activities to continuously improve quality and service delivery
  • Provide an
  • administration service that meet time and quality standards and includes reporting and updating of all
  • relevant information
  • Demonstrate teamwork as a valued team player

Qualifications And Experience

  • Minimum Qualification – Grade 12 or relevant NQF 4
  • Preferred Qualification – Bachelor of Commerce or Business Science
  • Experience – 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar environment, of which 1 to 2 years ideally at a junior specialist level
