Job Description
To provide efficient and effective administration support
Responsibilities
- Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including clients, product providers and team, mid-office, Ashburton etc.
- Comply with relevant statutory, legislative, policy and governance requirements and adhere to processes and procedures related to area of specialization
- Produce high quality work by adhering to predefined standards and procedures and in accordance with compliance and governance standards
- Effectively plan and schedule activities to continuously improve quality and service delivery
- Provide an
- administration service that meet time and quality standards and includes reporting and updating of all
- relevant information
- Demonstrate teamwork as a valued team player
Qualifications And Experience
- Minimum Qualification – Grade 12 or relevant NQF 4
- Preferred Qualification – Bachelor of Commerce or Business Science
- Experience – 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar environment, of which 1 to 2 years ideally at a junior specialist level
