Purpose of the Programme:

The aim is to provide the graduate with advanced workplace learning in the human resources (HR) field while gaining exposure to various aspects of the Finance function in an international organisation.

Programme Overview:

The learning experience will cover areas such as:

• Financial reporting
• Inventory and asset management (Stock issues, Stock counts, Asset tagging)
• Financial analysis of asset performance
• Controls and process implementation
• Internal and external audit assistance
• Reconciliations
• Project management tasks (Accruals, GRV invoices)
• Administration (Petty Cash)

Qualifications:

• BCom in Finance or Accounting

Minimum Requirements:

• Medically fit
• Valid driver’s license
• Basic knowledge of VAT principles
• Available immediately
• Must not have previously participated in a similar Graduate Programme
• Willing to travel locally
