The SAB Trainee Programmes are designed to grow and develop graduates by building technical capability aligned to career aspirations, while also providing cross-functional experience within a dynamic corporate environment.

  • A competitive 24-month programme with segmented fixed-term contracts.
  • Includes 6-month rotational cycles across different business areas.
  • Follows the 70-20-10 learning principle:
    • 70% from projects and hands-on experience
    • 20% from developmental relationships
    • 10% from structured coursework/training
  • Robust evaluations determine progression into each phase.
  • Successful graduates will be eligible to apply for various roles within SAB after completing the programme.

2. Graduate Management Trainee Programme

Qualifications: Completed or Final year undergraduate (STEM disciplines preferred).

  • STEM refers to Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics.

3. DynamX Logistics Trainee Programme

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in:

  • Industrial Engineering
  • Supply Chain Management
  • Logistics

4. Engineering Trainee Programme

Qualifications: BSc, BEng, BTech or equivalent in:
