The internship is an intervention to provide on-the-job training for students as a pre-requisite to complete their academic qualification or as experiential training after qualification.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) plus a National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in:
- Public Administration
- Business Administration
- Office Administration
- Business Management
- Public Management
- Must be unemployed and never participated in an internship before.
- Must be a resident of Johannesburg.
Primary Function
To provide effective and comprehensive administrative support and logistical services to the Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) unit, ensuring the efficiency of the business unit.
Key Learning Areas
- Coordinate administrative requirements of the Employee Assistance Programme.
- Promote efficiency of the EAP.
- Collate and prepare qualitative and quantitative information for reports.
