Internship Opportunities

Intern (x1): Petroleum Geoscience

  • Learn the fundamentals of Geology and Geophysics for the oil and gas industry (onshore & offshore).
  • Acquire skills in seismic data interpretation, petroleum systems modelling, resource evaluation, GIS, and South African Geology.
  • Minimum Qualification: B.Sc. Honours in Geosciences (4 years).

Intern (x1): Environmental Compliance

  • Gain knowledge required for employment as an Environmental Scientist.
  • Learn to process environmental authorisation applications, compliance monitoring, and audits.
  • Engage directly with stakeholders, environmental practitioners, and regulatory bodies.
  • Minimum Qualification: B.Sc. Honours in Environmental Sciences, Environmental Management, or Natural Sciences (4 years).

Intern (x1): Finance

  • Rotate through finance processes such as accounts receivable/payable, petty cash, cashbook, financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, taxation (VAT & Income Tax), and asset management.
  • Minimum Qualification: National Diploma in Accounting (3 years).

Requirements

Applicants must:

  • Be unemployed South African citizens.
  • Have not previously participated in an internship programme.
  • Hold the required relevant tertiary qualification.
  • Submit the following certified documents:
    • Academic Record or Statement of Results
    • Degree Certificate or Letter of Completion
    • Matric Certificate
    • RSA Identity Document
