The Bryte Graduate Programme offers an excellent opportunity for ambitious young graduates to join a leading insurance company and develop their professional skills under the mentorship of industry experts. The programme runs for 12 months on a fixed-term contract, equipping participants with practical experience and technical knowledge in short-term insurance.

Fields of Study / Minimum Requirements

Applicants must hold or be completing a qualification in one of the following fields:

• BSc Actuarial Science
• BCom Accounting
• BCom Finance
• Data Science or related degree

Programme Responsibilities

As a Bryte Graduate, you will:

• Participate in various structured learning programmes throughout the year.
• Deliver against key objectives as outlined in your performance contract.
• Work closely with your assigned mentor to gain a comprehensive understanding of Bryte Insurance Company and the Short-Term Insurance Industry.
• Successfully complete a Graduate Development Programme Project as part of your learning journey.

Contract Duration

• 12-month fixed-term contract for the duration of the programme.
