We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Salesperson to join our team. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, cultivating relationships with clients, and closing sales deals. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and negotiation skills, be self-motivated, and have a strong desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales budget/target and income
- Identify and prospect new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
- Conduct sales presentations to showcase our products and services
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet and exceed sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement sales strategies
Minimum requirement
- Grade 12
- minimum of 1 year sales experience preferably in Retail
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
