1. Oversee the daily operations of the laboratory site to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to protocols.

2. Act as the first point of contact for client incidents, complaints, and feedback.

• Ensure compliance with Quality Assurance (QA) protocols and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
• Gather and analyse client feedback, providing actionable insights to improve service quality.
• Oversee staff schedules and ensure optimal shift coverage to support laboratory operations.

6. Monitor and maintain inventory levels for admin/ bleed consumables, ensuring there are no shortages.

• Generate and submit daily reports on laboratory operations, incidents, and client interactions to departmental managers.
• Directly liaise with departmental managers to resolve operational issues and ensure communication across departments.
