Minimum Requirements

To be eligible, applicants must:

• Be a South African citizen.
• Hold a Grade 12 certificate and a completed tertiary qualification (undergraduate or postgraduate).
• Not have any other tertiary studies or employment planned for 2026.
• Not have completed a previous learnership.
• Be willing to reside in Johannesburg for the duration of the programme.
