Redefine’s portfolio is predominately anchored in local, directly held retail, office and industrial properties, which is complemented by retail and logistics property assets in Poland.
The Redefine Learnership Programme is designed to unlock potential and shape the future of real estate. Learners will gain exposure to both operational divisions (asset and property management) and specialist functions such as:

To qualify for the programme, applicants must:
- Be a South African citizen
- Hold a Grade 12 certificate and a completed tertiary qualification (undergraduate or postgraduate)
- Not have other tertiary studies or formal employment planned for 2026
- Not have completed a previous learnership
- Be willing to reside in Johannesburg for the duration of the programme
