Website N3 Toll Concession Proprietary Limited (N3TC)
N3 Toll Concession (N3TC) is a private company responsible for the design, construction, finance, operation, and maintenance of a 415-kilometer section of South Africa’s N3 national route. This section, known as the N3 Toll Route, runs from the Cedara interchange in KwaZulu-Natal to the Heidelberg South interchange in Gauteng. N3TC was established in 1998 and entered into a 30-year concession agreement with the South African National Roads Agency Limited (SANRAL) in 1999. The contract is set to expire in November 2029.
Eligible Municipal Areas
Applicants must reside within one of the following municipalities along the N3 corridor:
- uMngeni
- Mpofana
- Inkosi Langalibalele
- Alfred Duma
- Okhahlamba
- Maluti-a-Phofung
- Phumelela
- Mafube
- Dihlabeng
Minimum Requirements
To qualify, applicants must:
- Be South African citizens in possession of a valid South African ID.
- Reside within the vicinity of the N3 corridor.
- Hold a valid Matric certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Be unemployed.
- Be aged between 18 and 28 years.
- Be fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Have basic computer skills.
- Not be currently registered on another learnership, internship, YES, or experiential learning programme.
- Be available and willing to relocate to Johannesburg between 1 November 2025 and 31 October 2026.
